Refund policy

Returns are accepted for thirty days for unused merchandise in its original packaging There is no restocking fee but customer provides return shipping. No returns are allowed on sealed collectible card game products, single cards or print-on-demand apparel including Unwind merch.

From November 30 through December 31 each year, the return period is extended to 60 days but all other conditions still apply.
